Welcome!

Welcome to the Inclusionable Community—a global gathering place for curious, committed people exploring how inclusion can spark innovation, growth, and results.

I created this space for anyone who believes inclusion can transform how we lead and how teams and organizations can thrive. Think of this as a vibrant community center: Come in, look around, join conversations, share your experiences, and engage when you’re ready.

This is a place to learn, reflect, share, and experiment with inclusive practices.

It is not a marketplace for people selling their products or for a checkbox-style DEI forum.

Some offerings are free; others, like Inclusionable or master classes, are paid. However you choose to participate—whether you drop in occasionally or visit often—you belong here as someone who wants to elevate leadership through inclusion and achieve results that matter.

My vision is for this community to grow and evolve through the voices and ideas of members like you. I hope you’ll share what inspires you, what you’d like to see, and what will make this space meaningful for you by completing this short, confidential survey.

Thank you for being here. May you find new ways to make inclusion the spark that elevates how we lead and how our teams perform.

Resources

Something of importance to me while I was writing this book was that a reader would have access to some practical tips and to some resources that they could explore on their own. I created a section in my book just for resources, and I want to make them available in this community as well.

“Inclusion Insights” Discussion Board

Each week on Sunday night by 21:00 Pacific Standard Time, I’ll share a prompt related to a topic or section of my book. I invite you to write a short paragraph in response to the prompt, sharing your insights. Writing about inclusion can be a powerful shared experience; expressing yourself can unlock or strengthen your own voice while contributing to others.
